The public onsen was a highlight, with relaxing baths and a beautiful natural setting that felt remote and intimate. The garden view from the dining area throughout meals created a serene atmosphere, enhancing the dining experience.

The breakfast experience varied widely. while the Japanese-style options were delightful, the Western choices included unexpected pairings like soup and salad that might not appeal to everyone. Additionally, I had an unfortunate experience of being seated alone in a private room at breakfast, staring at a wall when there were plenty of other tables available, which felt isolating.

Had 3 nights in a Japanese Style Room with Shared Bathroom. The room had a tatami floor, and I loved the massage chair. Onsen was awesome. the public bath was super clean. Dinners were unique & delicious, with seasonal ingredients. Breakfast was filling and satisfying!
